Southside Medical Supply is a provider of medical equipment and supplies to the residents of Monroe and the surrounding counties (Orleans, Genesee, Wyoming, Livingston, Yates, Ontario and Wayne). Southside services a wide demographic of customers that come to us through community awareness and or practitioner referrals. Available to our clients are on site Spanish and American Sign Language Interpreters. The building and the entire facility is handicap accessible.
Southside is centrally located in the Rochester community and is approximate highways 390 and 590 as well as Bus Routes 11A, 18 and 19.
Our hours of operation are 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday- Friday and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Southside Medical Supply provides assistance with product selection with consideration of practitioner orders, patient needs and appropriate sizing. Clients are instructed on proper use of equipment. Our staff verifies insurance coverage and collects and submits necessary documentation, when appropriate to insurance carriers.
Southside Medical Supply has access to and provides a wide range of additional medical equipment with the exception of the following categories: diabetic shoes and inserts, oxygen and infusion services.
Charges for the listed supplies and services are dependent upon insurance fee schedules and client specific coverage.
